With capabilities ranging from simple turning and boring to complete y-axis milling and live tool drilling, our 14 lathes can accommodate parts up to
18" in diameter and 48" long.
Our turning capabilities include:

MILLING CENTERS
With 9 Okuma CNC mills, Dimension Machine LLC can accommodate parts as large as
42" wide by 22" long.

PRODUCTION
Dimension Machine LLC has a diverse lineup of automation capable of running lot sizes from as low as 50 pieces to thousands of pieces.
Our two robotic lathe cells are each automated with a Fanuc robotic arm equipped to load an unload parts up to 10" in diameter and 50 lbs.
Our robotic machining center is a high column Okuma M560 capable of loading and unloading parts directly from a pallet.
Our 5 multi-axis lathes equipped with bar feeders can handle parts up to 3.25" in diameter.

About Us
Dimension Machine Company was started by Don Barth in his single car garage. Don grew the company for over 20 years as a leading manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH. Dimension specializes in CNC machining on multi-axis lathes, machining centers, and automated machining cells. In January of 2024 his two favorite children, Kevin Barth and Ruthie Brockman, took over the company as Dimension Machine LLC.
The team is dedicated to delivering top-notch machining services for a wide range of industries.
